I’m a former Global Strategy & Innovation Lead and Chief of Staff at UKG — one of the world’s largest HR Tech companies — now based in Tokyo and working independently with tech companies and PE/VC-backed scaleups on their toughest growth challenges.

My edge is that I’ve operated on both sides of the strategy-execution divide. I’ve shaped 5-year business strategies at C-suite level, and I’ve led the execution that makes them real.
